Dangle has once again agreed to support grassroots football, having proudly sponsored Hilda Park Newfield U11s for the second consecutive year. This commitment not only reinforces Dangle’s dedication to nurturing local entities but also clearly demonstrates that we are wholeheartedly invested in fostering youth development whenever possible across our communities.

Sponsorships like this can make a significant difference and go a long way in ensuring that local football clubs remain viable and operational, particularly during these challenging economic times. Financial support through sponsorship can also tremendously benefit the players themselves, as it allows for increased funding for essential training programs, resources, and facilities. This, in turn, enhances the focus on strengthening the development and performance of young athletes, helping them to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Hilda Park is a football club based in County Durham, which is the home of our managing director Simon Dunn, and the very team Simon played for as a young boy. With this in mind, it goes without saying that this sponsorship was extremely close to Simon’s heart. 

Simon explained the importance of such teams: "As a youngster, Hilda Park played a vital role in the community for a lot of under privileged children, including myself. This partnership now allows the children to continue to be proud of their club and goes a long way in providing the financial assistance these clubs so desperately need".
